Tracker TS8

Sinkmate Tracker TS8

--   Tracker is guided by a straight or curved template, which allows you to cut straight runs for kitchen sinks and arc saw cuts for your curved bar tops.
--  Tracker's trigger can be accessed from all sides and will release the depth lock causing a gas spring to lift and hold the saw in the up position so the fabricator can quickly reposition the saw for the next cut.
--  Tracker's design allows the fabricator to plunge cut with greater accuracy and step cut at different depths with the squeeze of the trigger.

Tracker's adjustable guide wheels follow the edge of a template. These adjustable guide wheels change the distance between the blade and the template. They are also positioned  to match the blade's leading and trailing edge.

Tracker's design gives the fabricator a clear view of both sides of the blade. Tracker's back side has a 2x4 clamp that allows you to use it like a compass and step cut circle and arcs.

Machine Description

The Tracker TS8 saw was designed to make the straight cuts inside a sink template. Tracker's design allows the operator to run the tool from different sides. Tracker's heavy duty pivot makes plunge cuts accurate. A loaded gas spring lifts the blade out of the stone straight and smooth.
Tracker's second job is to step cut curved tops. There are two methods for cutting a curved top. One is by holding the flange wheels against an arc shaped template. The second is by clamping one end of a 2x4 to the back of Tracker and placing a screw for a pivot at the other end for the desired radiused arc. This will create an edge that is smooth with no high spots. This also works on glued laminated curved tops.
Tracker can also be used as a rail saw. The motor's rpm is more suited for cutting stone than a worm drive saw designed for wood. By squeezing Tracker's trigger the fabricator can quickly change the depth to make step cutting easy. You can buy a rail from us or make your own by using some old soild surface material or pvc exterior trim board from the local lumber store.
Tracker is a very versatile saw. It will accurately cut your sinks, step cut your curved countertops and will cut a straight line whether you're in the shop or out in the field.
